Stock your freezer and save money with a bison quarter. Bulk orders are customizable and cut to your liking. You can choose how thick you want your steaks cut, how large you would like your roasts, or what cuts you would prefer to be used for burger (organs can be included)… You have options!
 
THE TOTAL COST OF A BISON QUARTER IS $1,800.00. Once your deposit is received, we will reach out to go over your order details.

CHOOSE Between:
3 lbs of T-Bone Steaks and 3 lbs of Porterhouse Steaks
1.5 lbs of Filet Mignon
5 lbs of Ribeye
 
APPROXIMATELY:
5 lbs of Sirloin Steaks
4 lbs of Short Ribs
5 lbs of Brisket
6 lbs of Chuck Roasts
3 lbs of Eye Roasts
3 lbs of Top Round Roasts / London Broil
5 lbs of Stew Meat
2 lbs of Marrow Bones
4 lbs of Soup Bones
2 lbs of Liver
50 lbs of Ground and/or Patties
Other organs can be added depending on availability
You will receive approximately 120 lbs of meat when ordering a quarter, depending on the cuts you choose.
 
All products, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Additional butcher fees will be added for specialty processing (sausage, bison hot dogs, etc) .
